Eligibility for Returns

- Be in its original condition with all tags attached
- Not be altered or modified in any way
- Not be worn or washed

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued through Shopify Payments, and the bank processing time may vary. Please note that the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
